Check Point “Recommended” for Exceptional Security Effectiveness and Value

NSS Labs, Inc. released their results for the 2016 Next Generation Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) Test. In their independent assessment of the security effectiveness and value, NSS recognized Check Point with the “Recommended” rating. This “Recommended” rating for Check Point in the Next Generation IPS category represents a trifecta this year and is the company’s thirteenth overall NSS Labs “Recommended” rating for security effectiveness and value since 2011.

Key Check Point results from the test include:

100% evasion resistance
100% protection for Adobe, Apple, IBM and Oracle and 99.9% for Microsoft
Passed all application control, false positive and stability and reliability tests
3-Year TCO of $8.04 per protected Mbps
